What is PCO Embed?
PCO Embed is a web-based tool that allows churches and ministries to create live embeds from Planning Center Online (PCO) for use on their websites.
It works seamlessly across desktops, tablets, phones, and all modern web browsers.
What embeds can I create?
You can create beautiful pixel perfect embeds for Planning Center Events, Calendars, Groups and Sermons (Channels).
How do I add an embed to my website?
Simply create the embed using the “New Embed” button, then click on the copy icon, and add the one line script to your website. If you need help modifying your website, refer to this article https://pcoembed.com/how-to-embed-pco-embed-on-your-church-website-one-line-of-code/. When you’re happy with the embed, click the “Go Live” button to keep this embed updated. That’s all you need to do! If you need any help with this, contact support at support@pcotext.com.
Is it secure?
Yes. PCO Embed runs on secure servers, and all communication between your device and our platform is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL technology.
Industry-standard OAuth2 authentication is used to securely connect with Planning Center Online and authorize access to your account data.
What data do you store?
We only store the minimum information required for PCO Embed to operate securely and reliably. This includes your username, organisation ID, and organisation name, which are provided when you connect your Planning Center account.
Temporary session cookies are used for authentication and security purposes only. These cookies are required to maintain your secure login session and are automatically removed when you close your browser.
We also store an encrypted OAuth2 access token so that your live embeds can continue to function correctly.
You remain in full control of the permissions granted to PCO Embed and can revoke access at any time.
What does it cost?
PCO Embed costs just $9.99 USD per month — with no hidden fees, lock-in contracts, or surprise charges.
Straightforward, transparent pricing designed to scale with your church or ministry.
You can use the full system with live embeds on a 30 day trial period. Charges will only be incurred after the trial period ends.

How does billing work?
Billing is processed monthly. At the end of each calendar month, an invoice is generated and your nominated credit card is charged automatically. PCO Embed accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and China UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Who is the developer?
My name is Ray Forlin, and I serve as the Executive Pastor at Subi Church in Perth, Western Australia.
Before entering pastoral ministry, I worked professionally as a Software Engineer, and I now use those skills to develop practical tools that support churches and ministries.
PCO Embed is an independent project and is not affiliated with Planning Center or any other software company.
