By connecting your Planning Center account to PCO Embed, you agree to the following terms:
Data Access
PCO Embed will access your Planning Center data solely to generate embeds for your website. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To authenticate users and protect against fraudulent activity, we use temporary session cookies and encrypted oauth2 security tokens.
Authorisation
By connecting your account, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PCO Embed complies with your organisation’s own policies and any applicable laws.
Acceptable Use
PCO Embed may only be used to display content belonging to your own organisation. You may not use it to access, display, or redistribute content from another organisation’s Planning Center account. Any misuse, abuse, or attempt to circumvent security measures may result in immediate termination of access.
Embedded Content
You are responsible for the content displayed on your website via PCO Embed. Ensure that the information published through Planning Center is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with any applicable privacy obligations, particularly where personal information may be visible.
Privacy
We collect minimal information necessary to operate the service, including your Planning Center organisation ID and authentication tokens. We do not store personal data about your congregation members. Authentication tokens are stored securely and used only to retrieve content on your behalf.
Availability & Support
PCO Embed is provided as-is and without warranty. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Support is provided on a best-efforts basis.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PCO Embed at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
You may disconnect your Planning Center account at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection, your authentication tokens will be revoked and any stored data associated with your account will be deleted. We reserve the right to terminate access for any account that violates these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCO Embed and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation.
